Short and sweet thought for the week\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

We all have times when hurt and pain overwhelm us. Perhaps it\u2019s an injustice with no recourse, a sadness that lingers, a sorrow that floods our soul, or a wound that will not heal. We can\u2019t make sense of what is happening. We are too emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted to even pray. That\u2019s when it\u2019s nice to have a caring prayer partner who discerns exactly how we feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It comforts me to know that the Holy Spirit is my prayer partner. The brief words I wearily utter may not adequately express how I feel but the Holy Spirit understands and intercedes for me (Romans 8: 26-27). Praise God for this amazing gift!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
