King David was a man after God\u2019s own heart, but he was not without trials. Yet in those trials he placed his confidence in God. He beseeched God for help and trusted him completely. He knew that God was in control and had only his best interest in mind. In Psalm 31:14, 15 he says, \u201cBut I trust in you, O Lord; I say, \u2018You are my God.\u2019 My times are in your hand\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n
As Christians we must realize that our times whether they be good or bad, sickness or health, wealth or want, or past, present, and future are in God\u2019s hands. That\u2019s why we can face a new year with anticipation instead of apprehension.
